V.I.P. Senior Care was founded by husband-and-wife team Alicia and Christopher McLean out of a genuine passion for serving seniors and improving the way care is experienced by both clients and their families.
With over a decade of experience in the senior care industry, Alicia has seen firsthand what quality care looks like — and the challenges families face when searching for dependable, compassionate, and truly personalized support. Through years of direct caregiving, leadership, and senior care operations, she developed a desire to build a company where the individual receiving care remains at the heart of everything.
Christopher brings leadership in business strategy, financial planning, and long-term growth, and together they are building V.I.P. Senior Care to be known for compassionate service, strong operational standards, integrity, and individualized care.
